My name is Denise Porto-Reifsteck, and I have nearly 20 years experience as a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, utilizing art therapy, play therapy techniques, and traditional psychotherapy to help children, adults, and families find their way to health and healing. It can feel uncomfortable and even scary to begin to open our wounds and experience vulnerability, but I truly believe that through this journey comes strength, confidence, and vision for the path before you. Guided by ethical standards and appreciating cultural diversity, I believe that increasing love, empathy and connection with yourself, will help improve relationships with others.
